He finished third in the 2020 Formula 2 championship, which earned him the super licence needed for Formula 1. Yuki Tsunoda has been racing in Formula 1 since 2021 as a Japanese driver. He scored a total of 125 championship points over his career. His best season was 2024, when he finished 12th in the championship with 30 points.
