Watching Pixar's Cars sparked his interest in motorsport, and he received his first go-kart at age seven. He fought Gabriel Bortoleto for the 2024 Formula 2 title, and after winning in Melbourne the French press nicknamed him 'le Petit Prost.' His 2025 F1 debut at the Australian Grand Prix ended before the race even started, crashing out on the formation lap; he was heard breaking down emotionally over team radio afterwards. Later that rookie season he took his first podium at the Dutch Grand Prix, becoming the fifth-youngest podium finisher in F1 history and the first Arab driver ever to stand on an F1 podium. Promoted to the senior Red Bull team in December 2025 to partner Max Verstappen, a wrist injury picked up in summer training then cost him several rounds of his 2026 season. Isack Hadjar has been racing in Formula 1 since 2025 as a French driver. He scored a total of 122 championship points over his career. His best season was 2026, when he finished 8th in the championship with 71 points.
