In 2021 he won both the Italian and German (ADAC) F4 championships in a single season, the first driver in the series' history to complete that double. At the 2024 Saudi Arabian Grand Prix, aged 18, he stepped in for Carlos Sainz, sidelined by appendicitis, and with minimal preparation started 11th, finished 7th and was voted Driver of the Day. That same season he also deputised for injured Kevin Magnussen, finishing 10th in Azerbaijan and 12th in Sao Paulo, becoming the first driver to score points for two different teams in his first two races. He signed a multi-year Haas contract in July 2024 and became a full-time driver alongside Esteban Ocon from 2025. His fourth place at the 2025 Mexico City Grand Prix remains his career best, backed up by consecutive points finishes in Brazil and Las Vegas. Oliver Bearman has been racing in Formula 1 since 2024 as a British driver. He scored a total of 66 championship points over his career. His best season was 2025, when he finished 13th in the championship with 41 points.
