The Lyrids meteor shower peaks on 22 April 2029 around 13:59 UTC. Under dark skies and ideal conditions up to ~18 meteors per hour can be seen (ZHR). The radiant, the point in the sky the meteors seem to come from, is at about 18.1 hours right ascension and 34° declination.
Visibility from Hungary (calculated for Budapest): the best moment to observe is 23 April 2029, 04:14 CEST: the target stands 76° high in the south-east, under a dark sky. The calculation is for Budapest; elsewhere in the country rise and set times differ by only a few minutes.
